Introduction. Low adherence treatment is one of the reasons for the failure of the treatment of chronic diseases, including urolithiasis. The main efforts to increase patients' adherence to treatment should be aimed at acquiring knowledge about possible complications and prognosis of the course of the disease, as well as about the main methods of diagnosis and treatment. However, there is currently no tool to comprehensively assess the initial level of knowledge in these matters and thereby determine the level of adherence to the treatment of urolithiasis.

Introduction. Urolithiasis is a polyetiological, polypathognomonic metabolic disease characterized by the formation of kidney stones. The study of trends in the urolithiasis prevalence is of fundamental importance in practical medicine. The study of endemic territories allows us to analyze all possible risk factors for the development of urolithiasis from genetic to nutritional.

The aim of our study is a comparative analysis of the urolithiasis prevalence in the Russian Federation for different periods.

Introduction. Various forms of urolithiasis are associated with a number of disorders and diseases in the pathogenesis of which lipid metabolism plays a significant role.

Objective. To determine the stereotype of consumption of fats, saturated fatty acids and cholesterol by patients with calcium and non-calcium urolithiasis.

Background. Male infertility is an acute issue in modern andrology, being registered in 45% of infertile couples. Aer the exclusion of exogenous factors and systemic diseases leading to male infertility (MI), a significant part of MIcases among the remaining patients in the cohort with idiopathic infertility is associated with genetic pathologies.

Aim. To generalize data on genetic disorders that lead to a decrease in male fertility and to review methods of their diagnostics.

Introduction: Urethral stricture is one of the most difficult problems of urological reconstruction surgery.

Materials and methods. The widespread use of minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques leads to an increase in the length and degree of spongiofibrosis, which in the future can negatively affect the result of primary urethroplasty and the quality of life. Buccal graft is the most common and preferred plastic material in the treatment of strictures of the penile and bulbous urethra in men.

Introduction. Recently, a completely new concept of health care – «Medicine 4P» – has become increasingly widespread. Its name is derived from four fundamental principles: personalization of predictii, of prevention and of participatively. «Medicine 4P» is a format based on an individual approach to each patient, the purpose of which is the preclinical detection of diseases and their risk factors, as well as the devel-opment of a set of preventive measures.

Introduction. Hypercalciuria (HCU) is one of the main metabolic lithogenic disorders caused urolithiasis. Considering the significant role of calcium in the pathogenesis of urolithiasis, the proven effect of HCU on the initiation of stone formation during urolithiasis, it was decided to study the effect of calciuria on the frequency of formation of urinary stones of various chemical composition.

Introduction. The functional bladder outlet obstruction (fBOO) in women is one of the urgent and dif-ficult tasks of functional urology. As a conservative treatment, pelvic floor muscle training is widely used, including using the method of biofeedback (BFB).

We studied the association between metabolic parameters of urine and blood in relationship with physical and chemical state of cell membranes in patients with urolithiasis.

Introduction. During the last years morbidity of population of Russian Federation constantly increases, which is related to an overall increase in elderly population and integration of new diagnostic methods which effectively improve detection rates of certain conditions, and also to an inadequate effectiveness of disease prophylaxis and prevention system.
