Objective. Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Dynamic Computer Pharmacocavernosography (DCCF) in Venogenic Erectile dysfunction (VED) and subsequent planning of treatment.

Introduction. In recent years, the male factor proportion of infertility in married couple exceeds 50-60%. The problem of male infertility acquires not only medical, but also social significance. Over the past 60 years, the quality indicators of ejaculate have decreased on average 4 times. Basic indicators such as sperm morphology and motility are reduced.

Actuality. In recent years, there has been a tendency toward an increase in the average paternal age. This trend increases the relevance of studies of «advanced paternal age» in the context of male infertility and the development of personalized diagnostic and treatment tactics for this group of patients.

Purpose. To review the literature on the «advanced paternal age» topic.

Objective. Prostate cysts are a rarely disease among all benign neoplasms. The disease haven’t a bright clinical picture, but it can be a diagnostic find for a diagnosis and choosing treatment tactics for patients.

Material. In 2019, the frequency of detection prostate cysts in the world is 8.6% among all urological diseases. This is due to the development of methods for radiation diagnosis of the genitourinary system. Often, these findings are random and come to routine screening of patients.

Objective. The prevalence of chronic prostatitis in the world ranges from 2.2% to 9.7%.

Material. Chronic pelvic pain syndrome in chronic prostatitis is more than 90-95%. Therefore, the main place among the drugs for the treatment of acute and chronic prostatitis is occupied by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for pain relief and inflammation.

Aim: To evaluate the impact of Vesomni/Urizia/Volutsa, a fixed‐dose combination tablet containing 6mg solifenacin (antimuscarinic) and 0.4 mg tamsulosin (α‐blocker), on health‐ related quality of life (HRQoL) and treatment satisfaction in men with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in routine clinical practice.
