Introduction. Currently, menotropins are widely used to treat male infertility, both to stimulate spermatogenesis and to compensate for hormonal imbalance. But the actual practice of using menotropins may differ from the recommendations given by the manufacturer. Therefore, observational programs are particularly important, which allow assessing the effectiveness of a drug in routine practice.

Purpose. To establish prognostic criteria for response to short and stadard course of multidose menotropin therapy in men with pathospermia.

Introduction. Among the existing methods of surgical treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) transurethral resection (TUR) of the prostate is the most widely used. Due to the long-term improvement of the technique, non-lethal complications are now more characteristic of this operation. These include postoperative urinary incontinence, which dramatically reduces the quality of life of patients and casts doubt on the effectiveness of the operation performed.

Introduction. Premature ejaculation (PE) is the second most common male sexual dysfunction with a significant negative impact on quality of life. To date, there is no satisfactory treatment for PE. Surgical methods of treatment are based on reducing the sensitivity of the glans penis by various methods, the main of which is selective dorsal neurotomy (SDN). Recently, methods have been developed for temporary demyelination of the dorsal nerve of the penis using cryoablation.

Introduction. Any sexual dysfunction or complications associated with urethral stricture reconstruction can negatively affect quality of life and patient satisfaction with treatment results, even if the operation is considered 'successful' and urethral patency is restored. According to the literature data, the frequency of erectile dysfunction detected after urethroplasty varies from 0 to 40%. However, most publications are focused on the study of sexual disorders caused bulbar urethral reconstruction and one-stage surgical techniques.

Introduction. The process of erection occurs through the coordination of several pathways. Therefore, any negative conditions and risk factors will make worse the quality of erection and can cause erectile dysfunction (ED). One of these conditions is metabolic syndrome.

Materials and methods. 40 literature sources were selected on the relevant topic, which will allow generalizing the knowledge of the world scientific community on the problem of micropenia.

Introduction. The high frequency of recurrence of chronic bacterial prostatitis may be due to the weakening of local and systemic immunity. This determines the need for immunotropic therapy in this disease.

Target. To evaluate the effectiveness of «Tubosan» in the complex therapy of chronic bacterial prostatitis.

Introduction. Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the most common diseases of the genitourinary system in men. Severe symptoms of lower urinary tract dysfunction (LUTS), which develop with BPH, worsen the quality of life. Prophylactic examinations, dynamic monitoring and necessary treatment: conservative (nonpharmacological and pharmacological treatment) or surgical treatment are necessary to control the course of the disease. Bioregulatory peptides can be used for early control of LUTS.
