Introduction. Cisplatin and Doxorubicin have pronounced toxic effects on spermatogenesis. Modeling of spermatogenesis disorders using these drugs can become convenient and relevant when conducting preclinical studies to assess the specific activity of new drugs for the treatment of toxic cases of male infertility.

Objective. Тo evaluate the possibility of using Cisplatin and Doxorubicin for spermatogenesis disorders in vivo experiments.

Clinical use of cytomedin in patients with prostate diseases

Introduction. The use of extracts of the prostate of animals is one of the main directions in the treatment of patients with diseases of the prostate. Most studies describe the experience of using these drugs in a small number of patients for a limited time period. The aim of this work was to summarize the long-term experience of using drugs of the cytomedin group in the treatment of a large number of patients with chronic prostatitis (CP) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Congenital anomalies of the bladder: world and national data

Introduction. Congenital anomalies of the bladder are relatively rare, characterized by a wide variety of possible variants and a frequent combination with other malformations. These anomalies lead to serious consequences and necessitate early adequate medical and diagnostic assistance to such patients. With this in mind, this lecture was devoted to a review of current approaches to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of potential complications associated with bladder abnormalities.

Hemorrhagic testicular infarction as a complication of COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2)

Introduction. Statistically, adult patients with testicular infarction make up 7-10% of the population of all acute urological pathology. This is one of the urological nosologies, which is а part of a group of diseases called «acute scrotum». Ischemic heart attack occurs as a result of an acute violation of the blood supply to the testicle from the testicular artery. Hemorrhagic infarction usually occurs as a result of impaired microcirculation or embolization of the arteries and arterioles of the testicle and is most often segmental in nature.

Introduction. Erectile dysfunction (ED) combines many conditions leading to erectile dysfunction and disability to perform sexual intercourse. It was confirmed that the most common cause of ED is vascular disorders, primarily associated with atherosclerosis that leads to cardiovascular diseases.

Objective. To analyze the available literature data about the methods for diagnosis vascular ED, including according to cardiovascular system status.

Long-term results of using the sclerotherapy in the epididymal cysts treatment

Introduction. In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of patients diagnosed with epididymal cysts (EC). A number of methods have been proposed for their treatment – open surgical interventions, aspiration of cyst contents, sclerotherapy, epididymal cystectomy. In the literature, there are separate works in which attempts were made to study the use of sclerotherapy in the treatment of EC. However, the presented messages are single, there are no data of comparative studies of the use of various methods of treatment of this pathology.

The aim of this research is study of the hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) efficacy on erectile function (EF) rehabilitation in patients after RP with nerve-sparing surgery (NSS).
