Introduction. The small size of the bladder plate is a poor prognostic sign for successful treatment of exstrophy. Primary closure in newborns and infants with microcystisis often accompanied by complications and relapses; there for, the approach to the treatment of this group of patients requires a more detailed analysis.

The aim of the study. Identify advantages and disadvantages of delayed primary closure surgery in patients with bladder exstrophy and microcystis.

Introduction. The combination duplication of upper urinary tract with ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) is a rather rare anomaly with a frequency of 2-7% among all UPJO. The rather low frequency of occurrence of UPJO in the duplex kidney and the variability of its anatomical variants determine the absence of standardized approaches to the choice of the method of plastic intervention.

Introduction. Urachus abnormalities are rare in childhood practice. The need for active management of patients with such pathology is due to the significant frequency of its complicated forms and, accordingly, a high risk of their development. Over the past few years, minimally invasive methods of surgical treatment have been actively introduced into the practice of treating diseases of urachus.

Introduction. Transureteroureteroanastomosis (TUUA) is rarely used in pediatric urology. The literature describes isolated cases of performing TUUA with laparoscopic access. The objective of this study is to present a multicenter experience of laparoscopic TUUA.

Introduction. In the last decade, technologically complex endovideosurgical intravesical access has been increasingly used to correct malformations of the lower urinary tract. Thus, currently the question of using vesicoscopic access has not been fully resolved, in this regard, the goal of our study was to study the scientific literature on this problem.

Introduction. The problem of future fertility in boys with cryptorchism is studied for a long time and versatile. It is known that this malformation in 50-70% of cases is complicated by testicular tissue hypoplasia, which increases the risk of loss or reduction of reproductive function. But the severity of hypoplasia of the undescended testicle has not been studied enough. The purpose of the study is to study the histological and ultrastructural characteristics of testicular hypoplasia in cryptorchidism in children.

To study the relationship between the value of testicular hypotrophy and testosterone levelsin the testicular vein in children and adolescents with varicocele.

Introduction. Issues of therapeutic tactics in case of urachal anomalies are currently extremely few in the literature, due to the rarity of the pathology and the inability to conduct a statistically reliable analysis of the available data. As a result, in practical medicine, the attitude to operational activity in pathological pathology among different specialists often turns out to be the opposite.

Introduction. Over the last few years, some publications have appeared documenting removal of bladder diverticulum using a pneumovesicoscopic approach. The objective of this study is to present multi-center experience of pneumovesicoscopic diverticulectomy.

Purpose. The prospects of studying the genetic factors of identification of patients at high risk of malignant course of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in children is obvious. The aim of our study was a comparative assessment of the genetic predisposition to malignant CKD in children with congenital urinary tract abnormalities (VAMP) and nephritis based on the study of gene polymorphism of the reninangiotensin system.
