Introduction. Currently, studying of penile erection mechanisms continues to be relevant. However, invasive methods of examination in humans present some difficulties. In this connection assessment of blood flow in cavernosal arteries was performed in monkeys, by means of invasive measure- ment of intracavernosal pressure and systemic blood pressure during pharmacologically induced erection.

Introduction. A number of patients with BPH after surgical treatment have severe irritative symptoms that reduce their quality of life. There is evidence that a risk factor for maintaining urination dysfunction is strongly pronounced detrusor hypertrophy, accompanied by a deterioration of its blood supply and the development of its hyperactivity.

Introduction. Regenerativemedicine is an actively developing field. The possibility oftreating chronic diseaseswith stemcelltransplantation and therapywith products of their secretion is being studied. In this study, we compared the effectiveness of therapy in rats with severe acute renal failure (ARF) using course administration of protein-peptide secretome (PPS) isolated from the brain of pig embryos and by transplanting tissue homogenate of neonatal kidneys of newborn rats.

Introduction: The evaluation of the possible use a multicomponent graft with allogeneic cells to replace a defect in the bladder wall under experimental conditions.

Materials and methods: The rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells were isolated and cultured according to the standard method. A multicomponent composite based on a polylactide matrix was colonized by allogeneic cells and transplanted in vivo to a model of a partial resection of a rabbit bladder.

To develop a ceftriaxone delivery system using erythrocyte vectors for non-obstructive pyelonephritis to selectively affect the organ in order to increase its efficiency and reduce toxicity

The etiology of prostatitis in categories I and II has not been finally determined, despite the considerable amount of publications. Based on the synthesis of many studies, causative uropathogens cluster has been distinguished, whose role in the onset of the acute and chronic forms of this disease is definitively determined. In turn, in order to verify the etiological identity of microorganisms` taxa that constitute an extensive discussion cluster for the development of bacterial prostatitis, it is necessary to continue research in this direction.
