EXPERIMENTAL UROLOGY

The article presents the results of an experimental study prostatic action candles with oil extract maclure (OEM) on experimental models of prostatitis which caused rectal administration mixture of turpentine. The pharmacological activity was evaluated according to the morphological study of tissues after the introduction of the prostate with OEM suppositories in the dose of 380 mg/kg in male therapy regimen with prostatitis model.

The pathogenetic importance of chronic ischemia of the pelvic organs in the development of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and concurrent bladder dysfunction was investigated in chronic experiments on 18 male rats. Chronic ischemia was induced by the contraction of the inferior vena cava (1st series). In the second series BPH was induced with the use of androgen therapy (once a week Sustanon for 1 month). Intact rats were used as controls. In both series the development of BPH was evident.

We have conducted a morphological investigation of the testicles after different types of damage to the blood-testis barrier (BTB) with the aim to reveal the influence of the damage severity on the dynamics of the reparative regeneration of the tissues. As the damage factor a local destruction of all parts of BTB with puncture was used in one of the testicles and a total destruction with the damage to contacts between the Sertroli cells using the cadmium chloride.

Actuality of the problem. A great attention of the last time in the russian and international literature is paid to the investigation of cytokines, some of which, e.g. IL-8, have a proven anti-inflammatory properties. Some of the authors consider that urinary Nerve Growth Factor (uNGF) could take part as a mediator in the modulation of the urothelial response to the inflammation and also responsible for the threshold of the urgency perception.

Objective: to compare the severity of the urinary tract wall damage from direct electroimpulse and electrohydraulic application.

Materials and methods. Tissues were collected during the open operations. Electroimpulse lithotripter “Urolith 150M” and electrohydraulic lithotripter “Combilith” were under investigation. Impulse energy for “Urolith 150 M” was 0.4-1.0 J, probe diameters – 2.7-6.0 Fr. Impulse energy for “Combilith” was 0.36-0.96 J, probe diameter – 3.0-7.0 Fr.

Kidney ruptures are staying at the third place with regard to frequency in patients with close abdominal trauma in modern surgery and at the first / second place, when all urogenital traumas are taken together. Therefore their treatment with organ-preservation modalities is an actual problem for surgeons and urologists.

In narcotized dogs, electrical impedances of prostate and urinary bladder were recorded simultaneously with vesical pressure to assess neural control and circulation in these organs in vivo with the method of bioimpedance harmonic analysis. Regional sympathetic and parasympathetic activities were assessed by the magnitude of Mayer (M) and respiratory (R) peaks, correspondingly. Circulation in these organs was evaluated according to the magnitude of the first pulsatile (cardiac) harmonic C1.

In experiment on 15 male rats of different age it was shown, that old rats in the age of 2 years have definitive age-related changes in the prostate, analogous to the benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), in a form of increase in the prostatic mass and typical histological picture.

The goal of this study was to establish the impact made by urea on the process of dissolving of organomineral compounds in water solution, including the one which was processed by 2 Hz frequency alternating magnetic field (AMF), in vitro. Solubility of organominerals in experiment was evaluated by finding the portion of organic component of urinary concrement using the spectrophotometric and gravimetric analysis.

Carrying out through a patient organ-saving efficient interference on a kidney is a stressful situation, causes hormone-mediator disbalance with a predominance of vasoconstrictive mechanisms in an organism. Such reaction exacerbates hypoxia of nephritic tissue, which appeared as a result of operation trauma.
