Introduction. Renal replacement lipomatosis (RRL) – a disease manifested by the expansive proliferation of adipose tissue of the renal sinus, spreading to the perinephric tissue with an increase in its mass, as well as atrophy of the renal parenchyma and a sharp dysfunction of the kidney, is a complication of chronic, long-term, calculous pyelonephritis. RRL can mimic high fat kidney tumor.

Introduction. Genitourinary fistulas remain to be a serious problem of urogynecology with a great medical and social importance. Pelvic fractures are often combined with genitourinary system injuries. In the literature there are single cases describing the urethro-vaginal and vesico-vaginal fistulas formation after the pelvic fractures.

The clinical case. This article presents a clinical case of a vesico-vulvar fistula in a 34-year-old female patient, formed after a pelvic fracture.

Introduction. Genital fistulas remain to be one of the most complicated and not completely resolved problems of urogynecology and pelvic surgery. Despite the fact, that over the past 30 - 40 years the number of «obstetric» fistulas has significantly decreased, the proportion of traumatic «gynecological» and postradiation fistulas has increased.

Introduction. Transvaginal mesh fixed to the obturator complex and sacrospinal ligaments is an effective method of treatment for anterior-apical genital prolapse. However, this surgery is associated with the risk of such complications, as vaginal erosion, chronic pain syndrome, dyspareunia and ureter damage (rare).

Aim. To demonstrate a clinically rare complication, i.e., ureter stricture in a patient with the reconstruction of the anterior area of the pelvic diaphragm using a polypropylene mesh graft with sacrospinal fixation.

Objective. Traumatic testis dislocation is an uncommon condition. Motorcycle collisions are the most frequent mechanism cause today. Due to the often concomitant polytrauma, traumatic dislocation of the testis is often not diagnosed in time. Late diagnosis can lead to trauma, ischemia and atrophy of the testis, torsion of the spermatic cord, severe impairment of spermatogenesis, infertility. Surgical treatment of this pathology, even a few years after the injury, can lead to the restoration of spermatogenesis.

Introduction. The article describes a clinical case of non-invasive urothelial pelvic carcinoma a single-functioning right kidney.

Objective. The use of ureteral stents has become an integral part of many urological surgeries. Despite advances in the development of stents, problems associated with their use, such as the formation of bacterial biofilms, incrustation, occlusion, migration and fragmentation, are still relevant in urological practice. Introduction. Lymphedema (elephantiasis) of the scrotum is a rare disease. Pathology can be parasitic on the background of filariasis, congenital and secondary, with sexually transmitted infections (STIs) as well as after an injury. The early diagnosis of lymphedema presents great difficulties and in most cases tends to progression and recurrence. As of today, there are no sound recommendations for the treatment of patients with this pathology.
