Complications of urethral reconstruction in patients with neo-phallus remain one of the main problems in urology. The unsatisfactory results both in the longest and the longest postoperative period, such as strictures and fistulas of the neo-urethra, a decrease in the elasticity of the neurater, the growth of hair in the lumen of the formed urethra, and as a consequence, incrustation leading to the formation of neo-urethral stones.

The period after kidney transplantation is divided into early, up to 6 months, and late, more than 6 months. In the early period, extracapsular removal of the transplanted kidney is performed, in the late period – subcapsular by Fedorov. This is since over time, in view of immune causes, a scar-sclerotic case is formed around the transplanted kidney, involving iliac vessels, the parietal peritoneum, and the pelvic wall. Probably, in view of the above changes, laparoscopic transplantectomy is not widely used. In the literature, there are isolated reports of clinical cases.

Introduction. An increase in the number of road traffic injuries, crime rates and alcohol abuse has led to the rise in the frequency and severity of closed traumas of the urinary bladder. However, many issues related to the diagnostics and treatment of patients with such traumas, especially those who suffer from intraperitoneal rupture of the bladder, are developed poorly.

The aim of the study was to clarify the role of modern methods of videoassisted laparoscopy in diagnostics and operative treatment of intraperitoneal rupture of the bladder.

The effect of chemoradiotherapy, targeted and immunotherapy to primary kidney tumor is virtually absent, therefore, the surgical approach is the main treatment for these patients. Surgery of "large" tumors of kidney associated with a number of technical problems.

Renal function should be maximally preserved during the renal surgery being a critical parameter for the length of the patients’ life. We describe a clinical case of the patient, 38 years old, with the renal cancer of the solitary kidney (right side) complicated with the invasion of the vena cava inferior (VCI). According to the method, developed in our institution, patient was operated on using the partial nephrectomy ex vivo with the pharmacologic and cold ischemia and the simultant trombectomy from the VCI and orthotopic replantation of the renal vessels.

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is one of the actual oncourological problems, which mirrors the growth of incidence of this disease. Horseshoe kidney is a rare disease with 2.8% incidence in population among all anatomical inborn defects. RCC of the horseshoe kidney is a rare event and occurs only in 2% of patients with horseshoe kidney.

In clinical practice the spermatic cord abscess is uncommon and is not enough studied or understood by a wide range of radiologists, surgeons and urologists diseases. The article presents a rare case of abscess scrotal part of the spermatic cord, complicated external scrotal fistula, acute purulent deferentitis and epididymitis, 70-year-old patient who is 2.5 months ago underwent enucleation of cyst of the head of the epididymis.

We describe the application of the vascular occluder for endovascular treatment of profuse post-resection macrohematuria in patients with kidney cancer, was described in this article. Damage to the parenchyma vessels during the operation could lead to the formation of the traumatic arterio-venous fistula (AVF) and/or aneurism. AVF is a cause for prolonged macrohematuria and profuse bleedings. Inefficacy of the conservative therapy leads to the re-operations up to nephrectomy in selected cases.

A retrospective analysis of antiulcer prophylaxis efficacy, based on the results of 8346 surgical interventions on the organs of the urogenital systemand 1960 esophagogastroduodenoscopies. A comparative analysis of the efficacy of application of H2 – receptor blockers of II and III generation proton pump blockers in anti-ulcer prophylaxis. With small volume urological surgeries antiulcer prophylaxis should be done only to patients with concomitant gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.

Introduction. In recent years the indications for organ preserving surgery in patients with kidney cancer have expanded. The main criteria of organ sparing surgery are local recurrence rate and long-term survival rate. The reason of local recurrence is nonradical resection performed due to no possibility of clear visualization of tumor absence in surgical margin and in biopsy places. Therefore the development of methods capable for tumor visualization and as a result performing precise biopsy from suspicious areas is of current concern.
