Introduction. Pheochromocytoma is a tumor that develops from the chromaffin tissues of the sympathetic nervous system. The most frequent localization is the adrenal medulla. However, in about 10% of cases, pheochromocytomas can occur in ectopic or extrarenal localities (the brain and up to the pelvic organs). An ectopic pheochromocytoma is called a paraganglioma. It may be difficult for doctors to determine an accurate diagnosis due to the fact that the disease emits bladder cancer in its clinical manifestation.

71 y.o. male was hospitalized our clinic with clinical symptoms of rigid long-term priapism. Patient bothered severe pain in the penis, including at rest, sharp difficulty with urination, a sharp decline in the quality of life. The first stage is made puncture of the corpora cavernosa, blood clots and is not obtained. Given the patient's complaint, duration of erection, established indications for bouginage of corpora cavernosa to end a rigid erection, which strongly disturbed patient.

According to the literature the foreign bodies occur very seldom in children. Often the foreign bodies are injected into the urethra through the external orifice. Treating of the children with this pathology could be complicated, while the special urological departments and specialist in this problem are absent.

This paper describes a clinical case of female urethral diverticulum. The clinical picture, diagnosis and surgical treatment of urethral diverticulum, as well as immediate follow up of surgical treatment are described. Materials and methods. The diagnosis of urethral diverticulum has been established based on anamnesis, complaints and results of instrumental methods: ultrasound of the urinary system, urethrocystography, uretrocystoscopy, uroflowmetry, gynecological examination.
