HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION IN UROLOGY

As for April 2013, 62% of the physicians use Internet to approach the professional information. We have estimated, that more than half of the urologists have a desire and need to access the Internet resources for self-education purposes. Given the big size of Russian Federation this could be realized using the distant education technologies and modern Internet-based platforms.

The analysis of the prevalence and incidence of urolithiasis of the adult population of the Irkutsk region for the period 2001 to 2011 was presented. The median incidence and prevalence of urolithiasis in Irkutsk region were 152,70/0000 и 649,1 0/0000, correspondently. A tendency to an increase of the urolithiasis prevalence (on average by 3,3% per year) was demonstrated. The average annual growth rate of urolithiasis incidence was 1,38%.

This article contains the results of the dynamics investigation for the adult patients morbidity from the benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) according to the ambulatory medical aid appealability and admission rates.

The article examines the main risk factors for kidney stones from the standpoint of modern ideas about the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease. The authors present the full review of the causes of possible recurrence of urolithiasis aer disintegration and elimination of the stone that must be considered in the complex prevention and metaphylaxis urolithiasis. The autors used the official statistics of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and the available published data on the incidence of urolithiasis in the Russian Federation.

This study is devoted to the investigation of the urological morbidity according to the official medical statistics in Russian Federation and it’s regions. The analysis was made for the urogenital diseases, including glomerular and tubulointerstitial kidney diseases, other kidney and ureter diseases, renal insufficiency, urolithiasis, prostate diseases, malignant diseases of the urinary bladder, prostate and kidneys.

Introduction. A modern state of the health care system in Russia could be characterized not only through the limitation of the financing, but also through the ineffective usage of the money. This problem was underlined in the message of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin. He had precisely described the strategic directions of the health care reforming via the modernization. In the course of modernization in Voronezh region a program of the standardized effective urologic aid “Urology” was developed and integrated.

Clinico-economical analysis was performed for 4 different treatment methods of the prostate cancer. The operations performed were: open radical retropubic prostatectomy in 215 patients, brachytherapy (I-125) in 213 patients, high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in 45 patients, laparoscopic (extraperitoneoscopic) radical prostatectomy in 40 patients. The treatment costs were direct and indirect.

In this article we outline the kinetics of the overall, primary and admittance morbidity with urogenital diseases in adult patients in 2005-2010 years in 3 administrative regions – Nizhegorodsky region (NR), Privolzhsky federal region (PFO) and Russian Federation (RF) overall.

In 2006 national project (NP) "Health" started in Russia - the first and the most expensive of four national projects, thanks to which the primary care has been strengthened. Activities of the national project "Health" had a major impact on the demographic situation in the country, leading to an increase in the birth rate, reduction of mortality at all ages, increased life expectancy.

The article is dedicated to the study of the prevalence of the most significant urologial diseases in the Aral Sea region in primary health care. The study was performed in the Aral Sea region, which is a territory of ecological disaster, and paricular attention should be payed to its population in the development of curative and prophylactic measures.
