Monitoring methods has been proposed for calcium oxalate crystal formation in model systems containing urine of patients with oxalate urolithiasis, which allow to evaluate main phases of crystal formation.

The paper is dedicated to study of mechanism of sodium hypochlorite effect on renal concentration function. In two experimental series we studied metabolism parameters and functional ability of kidneys of intact rats after parenteral administration of sodium hypochlorite (SH) solution and opportunities to enhance renal structural-functional tolerance to ischemia upon parenteral administration of 0,06% SH solution in preischemic period.

The paper provides andrological examination data of adolescents and young men who permanently resides in the Kemerovo. There was found a high rate of diseases which can impair a reproductive health in students of specialized secondary schools and colleges. An early sexual debut among adolescents was detected by means of a questionnaire survey. Mean age of sexual debut of 73.8% of secondary school students was 14.8 years and average number of sexual partners at age of 17 reached 7.5!

A problem of early detection of prostate cancer (PC) is still actual and practically valuable. There are a number of programs for PC screening in some regions of the Russia (Moscow region, Sverdlovskaya region). Regional target program «Men’s Health» has been approved by the regional authorities in Kaluzhskaya region. For standardization of order and extent of the patient examination an algorithm was developed, considering the lack of outpatient urologists in medical facilities and equipment deficiency in city hospitals and outpatient clinics.

The present study is dedicated to analysis of child uronephrological incidence in recent years (2001-2008) according to the data from official medical statistics of Ministry of Healthcare and So-cial Development of the Russian Federation, reports of regional specialized institutions and federal state statistics office.
