Introduction. One of the actual problems of modern urology and andrology is the study of the diagnostic significance of cystic formations of the epididymis. However, there are singal indications in the literature on the study of the composition of the contents of the cysts of the epididymis, and at the same time, due attention was not paid to the assessment of the inflammatory factor. Purpose of the work: determination of tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-6 and interleukin-4 in the contents of the cysts of the epididymis.
