Sinyukhin Vyacheslav Nikolayevich


Sinyukhin Vyacheslav Nikolayevich graduated from the 1st Moscow Medical Institute in 1968.

In the period of 1968 - 1970 he studied at the Institute of Medical Sciences of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR. Then he studied at the graduate school and worked as a junior researcher at the VNIKhFI n.a. Ordzhonikidze.

In 1974 he defended his thesis on the specialty "Pharmacology" on the "Metabolism and the influence on the exchange of norepinephrine of a new tricyclic antidepressant azafen" problem. Since 1975 Dr. Sinyukhin worked at the Pharmacology Institute of the USSR Medical Sciences Academy and dealt with clinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacology of drugs. In the period of 1978 - 1984 he worked in the laboratory for examining new medicines VNIISP (Pharmacological Committee of the USSR Ministry of Health) and was engaged in clinical pharmacology and pharmacokinetics of agents for one-component central analgesia against the background of artificial circulation.

Since 1984 till present he has worked at the Research Institute of Urology, where he has been dealing with clinical pharmacology and pharmacokinetics of drugs for chronic renal failure.

In 1993 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the "Features of the pharmacological effect of drugs in chronic renal failure" problem in the specialty "Pharmacology". Since 2015 he has been working as the chief scientific employee of the scientific laboratory department. Currently he deals with the study of toxic conditions due to impaired renal function, clinical immunology of purulent-inflammatory and oncological diseases, metabolism of urolithiasis.

Under his supervision 4 candidate and 2 doctoral dissertations have been defended. He has published more than 100 scientific works in Russian and foreign journals.
