Objective. Traumatic testis dislocation is an uncommon condition. Motorcycle collisions are the most frequent mechanism cause today. Due to the often concomitant polytrauma, traumatic dislocation of the testis is often not diagnosed in time. Late diagnosis can lead to trauma, ischemia and atrophy of the testis, torsion of the spermatic cord, severe impairment of spermatogenesis, infertility. Surgical treatment of this pathology, even a few years after the injury, can lead to the restoration of spermatogenesis.

Material. The article presents a clinical case of a 36-year-old patient with traumatic testis dislocation. He sought help for infertility due to a polytrauma sustained while driving a motorbike 18 years ago. The patient was carried out surgical treatment called orchidopexy.

Results. The patient underwent surgical treatment – orchipexia. On the 4th day, the patient was discharged for outpatient treatment.

Conclusions. Traumatic testicular dislocation occurs in motorcyclists and requires a mandatory set of diagnostic measures.

Conflict of interest. The authors declare no conflict of interest.
