Evdokimov Valery Vasilyevich graduated in 1969 form the 1st Moscow Medical Institute n.a. I.M. Sechenov.

In the period of 1969 - 1981 he worked in the IEM n.a. Gamaleia. In 1980 he defended his thesis "Natural Human Immunity in the Conditions of Antarctic Isolation and Intensive Muscle Loads".

Since 1981 and up to the present he has worked at the Research Institute of Urology. The direction of the main scientific research is related to the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility. The work is carried out in the following areas:

• Biochemical components of spermoplasm in diseases of male reproductive organs;
• The state of spermatogenesis in varicocele in adults and adolescents;
• The effect of bioinsulation and hypodynamics on spermatogenesis in testers in ground-based model experiments;
• Changing the parameters of fertility of the ejaculate under the influence of various chemical and physical factors;
• The effect of free radicals and antioxidants on human spermatozoa in the experiment;
• The effect of cryopreservation on the survival of spermatozoa;
• The effect of regulatory peptides on human spermatozoa.

In 1999 he defended his doctoral thesis on "Systemic study of ejaculate in diseases of male reproductive organs" problem.

Dr. Evdokimov conducts a review and opposition of theses and articles, participates in training specialists in andrology, lectures and reports at conferences of various levels. He is a member of the editorial board of the journal "Andrology and Genital Surgery", a member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Urology and Interventional Radiology n.a. N.A. Lopatkin, an active member of the professional association of andrologists in Russia, a member of the European Association of Sexual Medicine.
