Introduction: The most common techniques for hypospadias surgical treatment in patients with distal and penile hypospadias (primary and secondary surgeries) are: tubularized incised plate (TIP) urethroplasty, grafted tubularized incised urethral plate urethroplasty, and Mathieu urethroplasty.

Prostate cancer (PCa) – one of the most common diseases among the male population of the world, providing a major impact on world health and economy. It is believed that the disease within the first 15 years after detection is relatively indolent, and a significant increase in mortality rates is observed after 15 years. High popularity of screening led to overdiagnosis, ie, the detection of clinically insignificant prostate cancer.

In recent time interest for new methods of malignant tumors is growing, one of the most promising is immune therapy. The main reason of such interest is caused by the fact that nearly one third of treated patients with prostate cancer have reccurence.

Purpose. The little size of penile glans is one of the problem hypospadias corrections. We reviewed our experience in one-stage distal hypospadias repair. Between January 2006 and October 2009, 185 boys, (age range 0,5- 17 years) underwent urethroplasty. The patients had different forms (coronal – 105, distal penile -57 and mid shaft penile – 23) of hypospadias. All patients were divided into two groups. The first group included 89 boys with one-stage onlay island flap (16), TIP tubularized incised plate (73) hypospadias repair.
