Introduction. The article presents the results of a comparative study of the evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of a combination of Levofloxacin and Tamsulosin with IndigalPlus.

A study of the efficacy of new pharmaceutical composition based on the diindolylmethane (DIM) (Infemin) in patients with diagnosis of prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN). Sixty-eight patients were randomized to two groups. The first group (n=34) received Infemin for 12 months in a dosage 900 mg/day, the second group received placebo. Efficacy was estimated using the clinical, instrumental and morphologic methods. Twelve months on the therapy led to statistically significant increase in the ratio stroma/ parenchyma from 48.75 to 64.38 (p=0.015) in the Infemin group.

We have performed a preliminary study of the efficacy for new medication Infemin based on diindolylmethane (DIM) with improved bioavailability. Eleven patients were included with diagnosed prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) and a background of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). First group (4 patients) received Infemin 900 mg pro day, the second group (n=7) received placebo.

Article is dedicated to analysis of results of open multicentre research of using doxazosin in combination with Indigal in patients with BPH. Research is held in 8 clinical centre, with 100 patients participating. The subjects for study were efficiency and safety of oral taking of doxazosin in combination with Indigal during a period of six months, long-term follow up was 6 months. Patients took two capsules of Indigal twice a day and doxazosin 2–8 mg, starting with 2 mg with following dose titration. Four visits to doctor were planned.
