Analysis of Urological Morbidity Rate in Russian Federation in 2002 2009s According to Official Statistics O.I. Apolikhin, A.V. Sivkov, D.A. Beshliev, T.V. Solntseva, V.A. Komarova, E.V. Zaytsevskaya Present research was dedicated to investigation of urological morbidity rates according to official healthcare statistics for the purpose of receiving objective information about urological service state in Russian Federation generally and due to separate regions. Diseases of genitourinary system, including glomerular and tubulointerstitial renal diseases, other diseases of kidney and ureter, urolithiasis, renal failure, prostate gland diseases, male infertility, malignant neoplasmas of bladder, prostate gland and kidney. Morbidity rates of malignant tumors in period of 19992009s in Russia, morbidity rates dynamics and genitourinary system diseases, urinary tract and male genitalia tumors population mortality rates were analyzed. Research results showed that data on urological and oncourological mortality rates is available but not sufficient. Implementing of new technologies of patients statistical control and urological diseases registry with detailed information about nosological forms and statistic rates is demanded.
Generally rates of active detection of oncological diseases do not correspond to modern healthcare possibilities. For decreasing of death rates organization of special screening programs and improvement of dynamic patients follow-up is necessary.
