The article points out the main problems of modern doctors and students’ preparation for the endosurgical operations. Our experience was presented to the organization of experimental and educational work with the use of animal surgery, on the basis of the laboratory of experimental surgery. The lack of adapted to modern realities protocols of experimental operations and the low level of doctors and students’ preparation for manual skills in surgery, particularly in laparoscopic one, made our program development necessary to solve these problems. Also we were able to present the adapted methodologies for anaesthetic support and laparoscopic surgeries on laboratory animals. The outcome of our experiment on laboratory pig shows us the way of penetration. That was realized on an example of the most frequent in practice of surgeons-endoscopists of endourological operation – laparoscopic right-sided nephrectomy. The algorithms proposed in the article allow to perform correctly all the stages of preoperative preparation of the animal, general surgical procedures (such as tracheostomy, central venous access by venesection of the jugular vein), the installation of laparoscopic ports, describe the modes of insufflation, the choice of the animal location on the operating table, describe everything in detail in anaesthetic support we recommend to carry out the experiment, describing the very core of the experiment step-by-step. Also these algorithms describe the stag of postoperative management of the operated animal.

Thus, the algorithm covers a large amount of information, being a direct guide necessary for the practical organization of the experimental process.
