Cystitis is one of the most common urological diseases. Up to 40% of females that had bacterial cystitis have a recurrence in nearest 6 months. Management of relapsing infection of lower urinary tract is a hard challenge. Using of hyaluronic acid in treatment of recurrent infection of lower urinary tract is one of promising option. Disregenerative processes in urothelium could be a result of interstitial inflammation with glycosaminoglycans deficit. We proposed that local application of hyaluronic acid can influence positively on this processes and can create optimal conditions for activation of migration and proliferation of cells participating in tissues regeneration. Research consisted of two experimental parts. First part was dedicated to modeling of pathologic process interstitial and bacterial cystitis. In second part we injected zinc hyaluronate into animals' bladder in different concentrations. Due to research data we came to a conclusion that application of zinc hyaluronate in high concentrations can lead to epithelial cells functional activity increase and improves their ability to physiologic regeneration. We did not witness any negative influence on bladder mucosa of zinc hyaluronate application.
