Alternative treatment options can be evaluated by clinical and economic analysis that implicates correlation of costs and efficiency. To collect data about cost-effectiveness of different options of surgical prostate cancer management international publications review was made. This review demonstrated that represented data on clinic and economic analysis of prostate cancer surgical options was insufficient. Observed publications were dedicated generally to evaluation of certain option cost, that could be defined only as a supportive method of clinical an economic analysis. While carrying out this analysis, not all direct emissions were considered but part of them. Different methodological approaches were employed by the authors; also various time periods of treatment were analyzed. Sideway emissions were not taken into account. No publications dedicated to clinical and economic analysis of prostate cancer surgical options were available. Absence of such studies was a reason of providing this modeling of clinical and economical analysis using data on prostate cancer surgical treatment results revealed in different published sources. Similar work was represented in a single publication dated from 2003 and did not include evaluation of several innovative methods. Thus conducting of comprehensive clinical and economical analysis of different surgical treatment options of prostate cancer in one center is a very actual task and must fill the vacuum in this area of medicine.
