Specifics of current legal framework for the use of novel telemedicine technologies in healthcare system of the state are discussed in this article. Integration of telemedicine into clinical practice and education is demonstrated. Most important and effective examples of implemented telemedicine technology are given from the perspective of evidence-based medicine and economics.
