Efremov Evgeny Alexandrovich graduated in 1997 from the Moscow Medical Academy n.a. I.M. Sechenov.
In the period of 1997 - 1999 he studied at full-time clinical residency on the basis of 47 City Clinical Urological Hospital in Moscow.
Since 1999 he has been working at the Research Institute of Urology of the Russian Ministry of Health.
Since 2010 - Head of the Department of Andrology and Human Reproduction.
In 2005 he defended his thesis on the "Erectile dysfunction in patients who underwent transurethral endoscopic surgical interventions on the prostate gland for benign hyperplasia" problem. In 2011 Dr. Efremov defended his doctoral thesis on the "Erectile dysfunction as a polyethology syndrome" problem.
Currently the scientific interests of Dr. Efremov include problems of male sexual dysfunction, family infertility, hormonal disorders, prostate diseases, introduction of modern methods of male genital and aesthetic surgery into clinical practice, microsurgical methods of treatment.
Since 2007 - a member of the Russian Society of Urology board. Since 2016 - a professor at the Department of Urology, Andrology and Oncology of the 2nd Medical University n.a. N.I. Pirogov.
