Complex medicine for metaphylaxis of calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis

3937

Introduction. In the structure of urolithiasis, the predominant number of patients have stones consisting of calcium oxalate. These stones have a dense structure that is not amenable to litholysis and grows quickly. At the moment, there are no medications that can non-invasively relieve patients of this type of stones. In this connection, the main methods of treatment, depending on the size of the stones, are either lithokinetic therapy or surgical treatment.

Evaluation of the results of a comparative study of the effectiveness and safety of the use of Phosphalit® complex in patients with phosphate urolithiasis

3936

Introduction. Urolithiasis is a widespread disease. The percentage of phosphate stones reaches up to 35% of all cases of all kidney stones. Patients with phosphate stones and with various urinary catheters in particular are a complex category of patients requiring the close attention of doctors. Phosphate urolithiasis clinical patterns create a constant search for various oral therapy options.

Metabolic risk factors and urinary stones formation. IK: Lithogenic features of monomineral and mixed stones in men and women

4347

Introduction. The study of lithogenic substances excretion in stone formers with pure monomineral stones allows us to identify characteristic metabolic changes, the long-term effect of which determines the originality of the pathogenetic mechanism features of the formation of urinary stones consisting of pure minerals.

Complex medicines for correction of urine pH level during urolithiasis metaphylaxis

16645

Introduction. Urolithiasis is a serious medical, social and economic problem. Over the past decades the world has seen a progressive, approximately 3% per year, increase in its incidence. Urolithiasis occupies a leading position in the structure of urological diseases and has a high recurrence rate in the absence of metaphylaxis. In turn, the effectiveness of properly selected anti-relapse therapy has been proven by many studies and is about 50- 80%.

Acid-base condition of blood in patients with urolithiasis. Study II. Role of blood pÍ

4469

Introduction. We will try to show the place of acid-base balance (ABB) study in urolithiasis patients. There is the second article in a series of works devoted to the study of ABB in urolithiasis patients. This work is devoted to the study of the level of basic acid base indicators: blood pH, pCO2, pO2, BE.

Modern surgical treatment of patients with kidney stones of the size up to 2 cm and concomitant coronary artery disease

3629

Introduction. While providing urological care to patients suffering with nephrolithiasis, prior attention is to be paid to choosing the appropriate surgical approach. Assessment of risk for commorbidities such as coronary artery disease (CAD) should affect the choice of surgical technique. The treatment tactics for such comorbid patients have not been sufficiently developed and are poorly covered in the scientific literature. An appropriate choice of surgical technique is not presented.

Тhe impact of therapy for chronic heart failure on the lithogenic properties of urine

4353

Introduction. In cardiology practice, a considerable number of drugs, having evident metabolic effects, are used, including those that impact on the process of stone formation.

The Research Aim. To study the effects of cardiotropic drugs that can affect the likelihood of recurrence of nephrolithiasis.

Metabolic risk factors and urinary stones formation. VIII: Lithogenic features of urinary pH in men and women

3815

Introduction. Urine acidity is an important factor that can actively modulate the process of stone formation in the kidneys, which allows using this indicator to use this indicator to assess the risk urinary stone formation and control the result of anti-relapse treatment in patients with urolithiasis (UL). There are gender differences in the prevalence of UL, which may be related to differences in urine acidity.

Acid-base balance of blood in urolithiasis patients. Study I: bicarbonates

7082

Introduction. Kidneys play a leading role in maintaining acid-base balance. Kidney disorders lead to the acid-base balance violations. Data analysis showed that there are not enough attention to the problem of assessing blood acid-base balance in patients with urolithiasis.

The aim of the first stage of this work was to determine the presence and severity of changes in one of the main indicators of acid-base balance - the level of blood bicarbonate in patients with urolithiasis.

The volume of intraoperative blood loss and the functional state of the kidneys in various methods of surgical treatment of large and complex kidney stones

3587

Introduction. Despite the development of minimally invasive technological methods for the treatment of urolithiasis, improving the functional state of the kidneys in the postoperative period does not lose its importance at the present time. The decrease and loss of renal function after surgical treatment of complex forms of nephrolithiasis in various ways creates the problem of choosing one or another surgical technique in order to avoid negative results of surgical treatment. modern urology.
