Introduction. The combination of erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) requires an integrated therapeutic approach.

Purpose of study. Compare the efficacy of tadalafil monotherapy and combination therapy with rhythmic peripheral magnetic stimulation (rPMS).

Introduction. Pelvic organ dysfunction can significantly affect the quality of life for patients, particularly those with neurological conditions. Current questionnaires tend to evaluate pelvic organ function in isolation, making them time-consuming when seeking a comprehensive understanding. This study aimed to modify an existing Russian-language pelvic function questionnaire (QPOF) and validate its new version – QPOF-m, specifically for patients with neurological diseases.

Introduction. The main method of surgical treatment of stress urinary incontinence is using a free suburethral sling. This operation is deceptively considered simple, the technique of which does not require a long time to master, and the individual anatomy of the female pelvis is not taken into account. The consequence of this is an increase in the number of intra- and postoperative complications. Postoperative complications are more often described in the literature, so we decided to emphasize intraoperative injuries, their prevention and treatment methods.

Introduction. Modern warfare is characterized by a high frequency of combined injuries with damage to the central (CNS) and peripheral nervous systems (PNS). One of the complications of such injuries is neurogenic voiding dysfunction. This area of medicine remains understudied, which necessitates further research.

The aim of this study is to assess the frequency and preliminary structure of neurogenic voiding disorders in combatants with damage to the central and peripheral nervous systems in the context of modern warfare.

This review summarizes the diagnostics and treatment of the main factors of pathogenesis of interstitial cystitis (IC)/painful bladder syndrome.

The diagnostics of interstitial cystitis/painful bladdersyndrome isstill complicated to a certain extent,since such symptoms of IC as pollakiuria and urgency are also typical for hyperactive urinary bladder, and pain upon bladder filling is also typical for bacterial cystitis.

Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and stress urinary incontinence (SUI) are the widespread pathologies in women. In Russia, POP accounts for up to 39% of all gynecological pathologies. In addition, about 38.6% of Russian women report the symptoms of involuntary urination. Thus, such a widespread occurrence of these pathologies represents not only medical but also a social problem. However, there is no consensus on the etiology and pathogenesis of POP and SUI up to the date.

Relevance. A small number of studies on long-term results of application of synthetic mesh implants for treating urinary incontinence (UI) and pelvic organ prolapse (POP) in women accounts for the rationale for this study.

Introduction. Uroflowmetry is being widely used in diagnostics of a very broad range of diseases.

Materials and methods. We have conducted a multi-centered randomized cohort study, which included 72 male and 9 female patients. In all patients, we measured the maximum speed of urine flow Qmax, the average speed Qave, and also the duration of urination (t).

The influence of botulinum toxin A type 1 (BTA) dose on the efficacy of therapy in patients with neurogenic and idiopathic detrusor overactivity was studied and the incidence of urinary difficulties in the early period after botulinum therapy was studied. It was found that BTA-therapy in all patients led to a significant improvement in the state of urination, a decrease the frequency of urination, episodes of urinary incontinence, and improve all parameters of a complex urodynamic study.

Aim: To evaluate the results of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) treatment using a transobturator adjustable sling.
