URINATION DISORDERS

Introduction. e interest in the issues of pathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment of urinary incontinence in women is constantly growing. It is linked with the expansion of modern diagnostic capabilities, rapid development of surgical techniques of fundus pelvis and the emergence of new drugs. However, in some cases it is impossible to achieve positive treatment outcome, that is why the search for new pathologically reasonable ways of treatment of urination disorders in women is continued.

It is known that 1/3 of patients saved persistent urinary disorders after transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) . There is no differentiated approach to the diagnosis and treatment of this disorders in everyday practice beacause the standard treatment do not always lead to the desired result. The aim of this study was the choice of urinary disorders treatment after TURP for BPH.

Objectification of the indications for the operative treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence and assessment of treatment efficacy are possible with the use of specific questionnaires. Nowadays in Russia no questionnaires exist for this patient group.

The aim of this study wasthe validation of the Russian versions of the questionnaires for quality of life assessment in patients with pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence.

Pain is nowadays widespread and almost epidemic. At that viscerovisceral hyperalgesia supposed to show the sensoric projections. E.g., painful process in uterus or in intestine could present with the pain in urinary bladder. Dysmenorrhea is also a widespread medico-social problem with frequency in population according to some data as high as 95%.

The aim of this work is to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with stress urinary incontinence by applying a sterile bioplastic collagenous material with fully preserved fibrous structure. The materials and methods of research.

Actuality of this study is related to the frequent injuries of the pelvic ureter during the obstetrics and gynecological operations and to the absence of the algorithms for surgical treatment in this case.

The aim of the study was the estimation of practical benefit for the assessment of putative biomarkers of the detrusor overactivity (DO) in the blood and urine of patients together with other diagnostic modalities. Twenty patients with voiding dysfunction in age 28 to 60 years were included in the study. Control group consisted of 20 healthy patients (age 2072 years).
