High numbers of untreated and complicated diseases, which entail considerable costs and impair the effectiveness of treatment, impose the necessity of reconsidering many issues of heal care provision. Taking into consideration this perspective approach, which enables to improve the effectiveness of diagnostics and treatment and lower unreasonable expenditures on health care system, principles of «4P Medicine» are being introduced. The «4P Medicine» implicates health care provision, based on four key points: it should be Predictive, Preventive, Personalized and Participatory (means patient’s involvement). Principles of «4P Medicine» constitute the bases of preventive model of health care system. This study demonstrates potential advantages of application of «4P Medicine» principles in the context of urogenital diseases. It has been sown that implementation of these principles helps to provide health care in such a way that main efforts are devotes to disease prevention, rather than on expensive and sophisticated technologies aimed at its treatment. As a result of this approach, the increase in the number of healthy people, which proportionally correlates with the reduction of the number of patients, becomes possible, as well as to reduce the expenditures on health care. Therefore, implementation of this approach will lead to the improvement of nation’s health and optimize health care expenses, which certainly increases the competitiveness and defense potential of our county.
