The performance only conservative measures as the strengthening of fluid intake regimen for patients with urolithiasis and preurolithiasis insufficient in the regions with high continental, dry climate and with long seasons of high insolation. This condition demands the additional stimulation of diuresis. Phytodrugs are able to effort the influence to diuresis and urinary factors of lithogenesis. But the dependence between the decrease of lithogenesis activity (estimated on the base of crystalluria grade) and the grade of diuretic effect of extracts is absent. It has been performed the analysis of results of the treatment with complex phytodrugs (Cystone, Canephron N, Solidgo serotine, Phytolisin) of 104 patients with non-complicated calcium urolithiasis and preurolithiasis during 2 months. The index of ionic activity of calcium oxalate joint (AP [CaOx] index) has been chosen as the main criterion of the estimation. phytodrugs had the different diuretic effect. Cystone increases diuresis in average for 59,9%, Phytolisin – for 42,4%, Solidago serotinae – 32,95%, Canephron N – for 28,4%. Also Cystone decreased AP [CaOx] index in average for 46,9%, Solidago serotinae – for 39,5%, Canephron N – for 38,4% and Phytolisin – for 28,1%. The changes of index start to get an authentic character after the 20th day of phytotherapy. The changes of index correlate with diuretic effect of phytodrugs, but this dependence is not absolute. It also depends on individual features of complex phytodrugs to change the daily excretion of urinary factors lithogenesis. Revealed features of phytodrugs should be considered in the metaphylaxis of urolithiasis.
