Introduction. The article analyzes the results of the clinical application of the herbal complex Renotinex®, which helps to normalize the function of the urinary tract, reduce pain, remove small stones from the kidneys and reduce the risk of recurrent stone formation.

Introduction. Urine pH is one of the key indicators to assess the activity of lithogenesis processes in urolithiasis patients. Urine pH is one of the significant markers signaling the presence of pathological changes both in the body as a whole and in the urinary system in particular. On the other hand, urine pH remains one of the key parameters that regulate the state of the urinary system and determine the type of metabolic lithogenic disorders.

Introduction. The modern sedentery lifestyle, high-calorie diet and comorbidities make new challenges in the renal stone disease management. The best policy to decrease residual stone rate is the combined use of schock wave lithotripsy (SWL), intracorporeal stone treatment and conservative therapy.

The aim of the study was the evaluation of stone-free rate after conservative therapy, SWL and ureteroscopic lithotripsy.

Introduction. The modern mankind carries a huge anthropogenic burden resulted by progressively worsening environmental situation, changed nutrition habits and quality of food, an increase in adverse social factors, that leads to a strong upward trend in the incidence of urolithiasis all over the world, including Russia. These patients’ treatment outcomes are to a large extent determined by a concomitant drug therapy and secondary prophylaxis. In this medical care combination for patients with urolithiasis lithokinetic therapy occupies an important place.

Introduction. Urolithiasis is one of the most common urological diseases. One of the risk factors for the development and frequent recurrence of urolithiasis is primary hyperparathyroidism. Urolithiasis of hyperparathyroid etiology has a severe course: rapid stone growth is noted, as a rule, this is a bilateral process that requires repeated surgical intervention. Untimely diagnosis of this disease can lead to late surgical treatment and the development of severe and irreversible complications in patients.

Introduction. Prevention of relapse of calcium-oxalate urolithiasis is challenging. Diet as the first stage of prevention does not always allow to achieve remission. Herbal preparations are widely used as alternative treatment. One of these drugs is Oxalit – a biologically active complex.

Purpose. The evaluation of the impact of the «Oxalit» complex on metabolic parameters in patients with urolithiasis, and the determination of the possibilities of its use in the treatment of patients with calcium-oxalate urolithiasis.

Introduction. Hypercalciuria (HCU) is one of the main metabolic lithogenic disorders caused urolithiasis. Considering the significant role of calcium in the pathogenesis of urolithiasis, the proven effect of HCU on the initiation of stone formation during urolithiasis, it was decided to study the effect of calciuria on the frequency of formation of urinary stones of various chemical composition.

We studied the association between metabolic parameters of urine and blood in relationship with physical and chemical state of cell membranes in patients with urolithiasis.
