Introduction. Asymptomatic bacteriuria (ABU) occurs in 2–15% of pregnant women, but opinions about ABU in pregnant women are controversial.

The aim of the study was to assess the outcomes of delivery in pregnant women with ABU, depending on the therapy and urological history.

Introduction. Uroflowmetry is being widely used in diagnostics of a very broad range of diseases.

Materials and methods. We have conducted a multi-centered randomized cohort study, which included 72 male and 9 female patients. In all patients, we measured the maximum speed of urine flow Qmax, the average speed Qave, and also the duration of urination (t).

Introduction: The emergence of chronic prostatitis (CP) is often due to incorrect determination of the category of the disease. It is considered that in 90% of cases, CP has abacterial aetiology, which is, however, debatable.

Aim: To determine the structure of chronic abacterial prostatitis and the effectiveness of complex therapy in patients with this disease.

Study design. This is an open prospective randomized comparative study.

Pain is nowadays widespread and almost epidemic. At that viscerovisceral hyperalgesia supposed to show the sensoric projections. E.g., painful process in uterus or in intestine could present with the pain in urinary bladder. Dysmenorrhea is also a widespread medico-social problem with frequency in population according to some data as high as 95%.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the knowledge of the physicians from different specialties (urologists, gynecologists, internists, phthisiatricians) in the urogenital tuberculosis. The testing was carried out among the specialists attending the professional education courses in the tuberculosis clinic of NGMU (261 physician) and also among the specialists distantly at the uroweb.ru portal using a specially developed software (14 physicians).

Chronic prostatitis is one of the commonest urological diseases, the prevalence of which and the quota of patients with which in municipal and private outpatient practices are underestimated.

Statistical tickets of the private medical outpatient facility «Avicenna» (Novosibirsk), of municipal policlinic 26 (Novosibirsk) and policlinic 1 of the City Hospital KMK (Novokuznetzk) were used for analysis with regard to infectioninflammatory urogenital diseases and to their structure.

High incidence of tuberculosis in young patients indicate at the complex epidemiological situation in the region and at the quality of prophylaxis. Up to last days tuberculosis was diagnosed at the advanced and extended stages. This is linked to the complexity of diagnostics of initial stages of the disease and to the absence of the strict clinical criteria for the diagnostics in children and adolescents.
