We have studied the main demographic indices – the population, birth rate, death rate, infantile and maternal mortality, the indices of the reproductive health of the population for 25-year period.

We have performed a comparative retrospective analysis of the urological (including the oncourological) morbidity in a period of 10 years (2003-2013) according to official medical statistics. The aim was the objective investigation of the urological service in Russia and it’s regions. Structure of the urological diseases, oncourological diseases of the bladder, prostate and kidney, and although the associated mortality were evaluated for this period.

In this article we have analyzed the data from the international literature related to the treatment of the osseous metabolic damage because of the recurrent nephrolithiasis. Main groups of medications are outlined, which are indicated for use in this situation: vitamin D and its active metabolites, citrates and thiazides bisphosphonates.

Current study was devoted to the comparative retrospective analysis of the urological, including oncourological, morbidity during the period from 2002 to 2012 according to the official medical statistics with the aim of the objectification of the current state of the urological service in Russian Federation and in the individual regions. The frequency of the urological diseases, bladder, prostate and kidney tumors were dynamically evaluated, as well as the mortality rate from these diseases.

This study is devoted to the investigation of the urological morbidity according to the official medical statistics in Russian Federation and it’s regions. The analysis was made for the urogenital diseases, including glomerular and tubulointerstitial kidney diseases, other kidney and ureter diseases, renal insufficiency, urolithiasis, prostate diseases, malignant diseases of the urinary bladder, prostate and kidneys.

A retrospective analysis of antiulcer prophylaxis efficacy, based on the results of 8346 surgical interventions on the organs of the urogenital systemand 1960 esophagogastroduodenoscopies. A comparative analysis of the efficacy of application of H2 – receptor blockers of II and III generation proton pump blockers in anti-ulcer prophylaxis. With small volume urological surgeries antiulcer prophylaxis should be done only to patients with concomitant gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.

Present study dedicated to analysis of urological and nephrological disease incidence in Russian Federation in recent years (2004–2009) according to Health care and social development department official statistics, specialized regional institutions and federal government sta-tistics department reports.

Medical education is one the most important factors of providing high professional level of healthcare specialists. The basement of medical professional formation is postgraduate education, which at present day for a number of reasons do not manage the task of training of high qualified medical professionals. Existing postgraduate educational system in Russia wasn't reformed for more than 40 years!

The present study is dedicated to analysis of child uronephrological incidence in recent years (2001-2008) according to the data from official medical statistics of Ministry of Healthcare and So-cial Development of the Russian Federation, reports of regional specialized institutions and federal state statistics office.
