Varicocele is a pathology, which is determined in 11.7% of adult men and in 25.4% of men, with abnormalities in the spermogram. the relevance of developing an optimal minimally invasive, safe and highly efficient operational method for performing varicocelectomy is associated with both clinical and medical-economic aspects.

Purpose: Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of the surgical treatment of varicocele using minimally invasive scrotal access and the use of microsurgical techniques.

The last epidemiological data were gathered in Russian Federation based on the questionnaire survey of 1225 respondents in year 2012. MIEF-5 analysis shows that only 10.1% are not having the erectile dysfunction (ED) with mild ED in 71.3%, moderate ED – 6.6% and severe ED in 12% of respondents. Thus, 1101 / 1225 patients (89.9%) had the symptoms of ED.

The most common pathogenetic factor for erectile dysfunction is a vascular lesion, and it is often systemic disease. Therefore, the identification of vascular origin of erectile dysfunction can be a reason for comprehensive examination of the cardiovascular system. The lack of published data on the connection between arteriogenic erectile dysfunction and cardiovascular disease caused of the organization of our study. We examined 481 adult male with complaints of erectile dysfunction.

Microsurgical spermatozoid extraction is a highly effective method for the acquisition of the spermatozoids in case of non-obstructive azoospermia of different etiology. Intraoperative microscopy allows the visualization of the extended seminal channels, which could contain spermatozoids, and their microdissection. One of them is Tongkat Ali Platinum, containing extract of Euricoma Longifolia Jack roots, bee’s royal jelly and Ginseng root extract.

In males with sexual dis­orders hyperprolactinemia is deter­mined in 0,4-11% of cases, and in some studies achieves 20%, due to which assessment of the prolactin level in blood is an important part of erectile dysfunction diagnostics. Objective. To study frequency of oc­currence and general clinical presen­tation of hyperprolactinemia in pa­tients with erectile dysfunction (ED). Materials and methods. We have ex­amined a big group of patients with ED of different etiology. Hyperpro­lactinemia was detected in 69 (9%) patients of general group.

Current International statistical classification of diseases and related health problems, 10th edition (ICD- 10), is a legislative document that provides integration and comparability of national healthcare data, epidemiological situation and healthcare facilities' activity. Unfortunately the given classification suffers from inaccuracies in clinical sections structural appearance either in coding of numerous diseases. There is an intricacy in different polygenic diseases and syndromes placement in various sections.

This article is dedicated to the history of Russian andrology, that appeared as a part of urology. Separation of urology from clinical surgery took place in the early fifties of 19th century and was connected with a name of medical surgery academy professor P.P. Zabolovskij– Desjatovskij. This article emphasizes that formation of urology as an independent discipline led to organization of first Russian urological department under the Moscow university in 1866.
