In the last years quiet often the muscle flaps with vascular supply are used in the esthetical penile surgery to augment the insufficient diameter of penis and to increase the blood supply. Nevertheless, this method was never used in patients with cavernous bodies fibrosis, though some benefits are concerned.

We present the results of medical therapy of post-operative overactive bladder symptoms in 76 patients who underwent the operation for benign prostatic hyperplasia. The first signs of bladder dysfunction were urgency, urinary incontinence and were found in patients mean in 1.5 months after operation. Urodynamic studies showed the presence of overactive bladder in patients.

Currently, the medical help to patients with sexual dysfunctions is provided based on the rather old methodology. The message of the interdisciplinary approach is based on the important understanding, that sexual pathology can not be managed by one of the isolated clinical subdisciplines, including urology, while it needs it’s own methodology, specific methods of investigations and treatment.

Pathogenesis of the prostatic inflammatory diseases (PID) is not fully understood, and the incidence is underestimated. the efficacy of the medical treatment is quite low which induces the decrease in a life quality. Infection agent determination is considered of a major diagnostic value, while this could be not insufficient.

It is well known now that androgen deficiency has negative influence on almost all organs and systems in male body, including chronic prostatitis course. Probability of development, time to occur and peculiarities of a clinical course of chronic prostatitis against the androgen saturation in the aging males were studied. The Aging Males' Symptoms (AMS) rating scale was applied for androgen deficiency evaluation and the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) – for chronic prostatitis symptoms evaluation.

Aim: to estimate the potential of fibrin glue “Bioglue-LAB” (Russia) to improve the results of the surgical treatment of urethral strictures in male patients. Materials and methods: experimental part of investigation included 32 male rabbits of the Shinshilla genus: in 16 animals anastomosis was made using a fibrin glue and in 16 patients – without it.

Aim: Development of Russian and Uzbek versions of IPSS, estimation of their validity and reliability in patients from Uzbekistan and their introduction into general medical practice.

Methods: Validity and reliability were investigated in patients with or without (control group) lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). The “test-retest” method was used for reliability estimation, while alpha of Cronbach was used for assessment of internal consistency.

Our article is devoted to correction of stress-induced erectile dysfunction (ED) in patients working at the mobile part of the railroad who also have arterial hypertension (AH).

We have investigated 50 men in age of 45-60 years. All patients had medicallycompensated AH and had no complaints regarding sexual function.

Selecting proper treatment for urethral strictures and obliterations of the urethra (as one of the causes for infravesical obstruction) is one of the actual questions in modern reconstructive urology. Anastomotic urethroplasty (using Marion-Holtsov technique) for correctly selected patients is one of the best ever techniques for surgical treatment of bulbar and membranous urethral strictures.

Aim: to investigate the quality of life in male patients after different types of urethral reconstruction because of the urethral stricture disease.
